Shipping Options

  • Ambient (Room Temperature) Products:
    Nationwide delivery across New Zealand via third-party courier services.
  • Rural Delivery (RD) Areas: For addresses marked with RD (Rural Delivery), delivery may take an additional 2–5 working days.

 

Free Shipping Threshold

  • Auckland: Orders over $80
  • North Island (excluding Auckland): Orders over $180
  • South Island: Orders over $240

 

Shipping Fees (for orders below the free shipping threshold)

  • Auckland: $10
  • North Island (excluding Auckland): $20
  • South Island: $30

 

 

1. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are scheduled for dispatch after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
    Courier services do not operate on weekends or New Zealand public holidays.
  • Customer Service Hours:
    Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery Timeframe:
    We use third-party courier services. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day, in the order they are received.
  • Tracking Information:
    A tracking link
    will be automatically sent to your email once the order has been dispatched.
    Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress to avoid parcels being left unattended outdoors, which may result in damage or loss.
  • Hamilton Dedicated Delivery:
    Monthly delivery on a fixed Friday (exact dates will be announced on our social media channels).
    Order cut-off time is 12:00 AM (midnight) on Thursday of the delivery week.

 

2. Delivery Terms & Important Notices

  • Courier Liability Disclaimer:

T-Mark is not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to traffic conditions or extreme weather.
If the courier system shows the parcel as “Delivered” with proof of delivery (photo or signature), any subsequent loss will be the responsibility of the recipient.

In cases where a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, T-Mark will assist customers in lodging a claim with the courier company. Compensation outcomes and amounts are subject strictly to the courier’s assessment and compensation limits.
T-Mark does not offer advance refunds or additional compensation beyond the courier’s decision.

 

  • Address Accuracy:
    PO Box addresses are not accepted.
    If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unreachable, any re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Parcel Inspection (Important):
    Please inspect the parcel upon delivery. If there is significant damage, deformation, or signs of moisture, please:
    1. Refuse the delivery at the time of receipt
    2. Take clear photos as evidence
    3. Contact T-Mark Online Customer Service immediately
  • Quality Assurance:
    If the parcel is intact but an individual product has a quality issue, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.
