Brewing Instructions

Hot Brew

1. Add around 8–10g of tea leaves
2. Pour in approximately 500ml of hot water
3. Recommended water temperature:
   • Charcoal Roasted Oolong Tea: 90–100°C
4. Steep for around 3–5 minutes
5. Adjust the amount of tea leaves and brewing time to suit your preferred strength

Cold Brew

1. Add around 10–12g of tea leaves
2. Pour in approximately 1L of cold water
3. Leave in the fridge for 6–8 hours
4. Enjoy a smoother, more refreshing flavour

Serving Suggestions
• Add milk to make milk tea
• Great with honey, lemon, or fruit-based drinks
• Suitable for cafés, bubble tea shops, restaurants, and bulk brewing
