Ingredients (Guide)

Pork / chicken / ribs / fish About 500–800 g

JHJ Red Yeast Sauce 2–4 tablespoons (adjust to taste)

Soy sauce (optional) 1–2 tablespoons

Sugar (optional) a small amount to balance the savoury flavour

Rice wine or water as needed

Garlic, ginger (optional) for extra aroma
Basic Method (Red Fermented Pork Example)
1. Marinate (recommended)
Mix the meat with JHJ Red Yeast Sauce, a little soy sauce, and garlic or ginger if using.
Marinate for 20–30 minutes or longer for deeper flavour.
2. Pan-fry or sear
Heat a little oil in a pan. Cook the meat until lightly browned and fragrant.
3. Simmer or braise
Add a splash of rice wine or water. Simmer gently until the meat is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
