How to Use

• Take an appropriate amount of preserved radish
• Rinse quickly under clean water once
• Soak in clean water for about 30 minutes to reduce saltiness and restore texture
• Drain and squeeze out excess water, then it’s ready to cook

Common Ways to Enjoy

🍳 Stir-fried Preserved Radish

• Heat a pan with a small amount of oil
• Add the preserved radish and stir-fry gently over low heat until fragrant
• You can add egg, minced meat, firm tofu, or chilli and stir-fry together

🍚 Preserved Radish Omelette

• Finely chop the preserved radish and mix with beaten eggs
• Cook over medium-low heat until golden
• Savoury and perfect with rice
