Seaweeds will expand about 5-10 times when you rehydrate them.
It can be added to soup, to sald and to steam egg dishes....etc.
How to Use
1️⃣ Rinse (Recommended)
Take a small amount of the dried seaweed mix and rinse briefly under clean water to remove any fine impurities.
2️⃣ Soak
Soak in clean water for 2–3 minutes until the seaweed softens and expands.
Drain well before use.
3️⃣ Cook or Serve
Great for light, everyday dishes:
🍲 Soups (seaweed soup, miso soup, vegetable soup)
🥗 Cold salads (toss with sesame oil, soy sauce, or vinegar)
🍜 Noodles or rice dishes
🍚 Simple side dishes
🍲 Hot pot (add directly once soaked)
Quick Soup Tip
Add the soaked seaweed directly to boiling water or stock.
Season lightly and finish with tofu or beaten egg for a comforting bowl of soup.
