Made with non-fried, springy noodles, tossed in our signature sauce of non-GMO soy, naturally brewed soy sauce, and shallot oil.

Ginger and sesame oil add depth, finished with fresh spring onions. Quick to cook, hearty, and full of flavour.

Cooking Instructions:

Ingredients (serves 1)

• 1 pack Noodles (Shallot Jajang Flavour) 
• 400–500 ml water
• Optional: spring onion, greens, fried egg, or meat

Method

1. Bring water to the boil.
2. Cook noodles 2–3 mins, until just tender.
3. Drain, leaving a little water if you like it saucy.
4. Stir in the sauce packet so noodles are well coated.
5. Mix through or top with optional extras.
6. Serve hot and enjoy.

Tips 

• Leave some cooking water if you want the sauce to coat better.
• Don’t overcook—the noodles are best with a bit of bite.
