HN Ginger Crisp 369g

HN Ginger Crisp is prepared using fresh young gingers picked in Taiwan in May and July of each year.

The young gingers grown at this time are the most flavorful, juicy, and fragrant.

Huanan Foods first marinates the young gingers with salt to reduce their fiery flavour, followed by marinating them with specifically 

selected soy sauce and sugar to add flavour. The pickled young gingers has no fiery flavour, and the aroma of soy sauce and light sweetness are rather refreshing. 

It's a fantastic summer starter to reduce greasiness. It pairs well with sushi, vinegar rice, and boiling meat side dishes.
