Cooking Instructions:
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 pack Noodles (Traditional Sichuan Chilli Flavour)
- 400–500 ml water
- Optional: spring onion, greens, fried egg, or meat
Method
- Bring water to the boil.
- Cook noodles 2–3 mins, until just tender.
- Drain, leaving a little water if you like it saucy.
- Stir in the sauce packet so noodles are well coated.
- Mix through or top with optional extras.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Tips
- Leave some cooking water if you want the sauce to coat better.
- Don’t overcook—the noodles are best with a bit of bite.
