Made with carefully selected crisp black fungus and locally grown bamboo shoots, naturally sun- and rain-ripened for crunch and freshness.

The broth has a perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavours. 

Freshly harvested ingredients are dried to preserve nutrients and flavour, then enhanced with cabbage, carrot, and other vegetables, making every bowl tasty and wholesome.

How to Use:

1. Add 700–750ml of hot water to a pot (adjust to taste), then stir in the soup mix before heating.

2. Once boiling, slowly whisk in an egg and simmer for another minute to elevate the flavour. Serve and enjoy!
