TI Chianyu Ramen adheres to the concept of producing high-quality noodles.
It has introduced advanced noodle-making equipment from Japan to keep the noodles at a constant temperature and humidity during the production process.
The noodles are fully kneaded and matured through seven wheels, and finally dried in a cedar drying room.
It is divided into three temperature levels and takes 8.5 hours to dry.
Every step is taken to achieve perfect noodle quality, and the exquisite skills are comparable to those of handmade chefs.
Cooking Method:
1. Heat enough water until it is completely boiling, then put the noodles in a fan shape and turn to medium heat to maintain a certain temperature
so that the noodles do not stick to each other.
2. Add appropriate amount of cold water during the cooking process according to the width, thinness, thickness and thickness of the noodles
to keep the outside of the noodles smooth and the inside cooked through.
3. Cook for about 2 to 4 minutes before serving. You can add seasonings according to your preference to make the noodles taste more delicious.
