The first bean paste shop in Taiwan, located in Gangshan, Kaohsiung, Mingteh has been open for over 70 years. 

The shop's original product is the classic sweet bean paste.

This product is prepared from carefully selected flour and soybeans inoculated with specific yeast and aged during a 120-day brewing period.

It tastes salty and sweet, with a strong sauce flavour. Only a minimal amount is required to have a great seasoning effect.
