Mingteh Food is the first bean paste store in Taiwan. It is located in Gangshan, Kaohsiung and has been established for more than 70 years.

One of the store's original offerings is the traditional aged bean paste.

This product is created from selected broad beans and soybeans that have been inoculated with specific yeast and matured over a 120-day brewing period.

It has a strong flavor and requires only a small amount to get good seasoning results.
