Ruby of the Sea - Sakura Shrimp

Sakura shrimp are commonly known as "flower shells" in the local area. Their bodies are covered with red pigments and light-emitting organs.

Their bodies are almost transparent and they look like Japanese cherry blossoms from a distance, hence the name.

It is a rare deep-sea shrimp from 150 to 250 meters. It is rich in protein, calcium and phosphorus.

It is a natural nutritional supplement suitable for growing children and the elderly. Its special taste and high nutritional value make it a superior choice.

It is solely produced on the coasts of Donggang, Pingtung County, Taiwan and Suruga Bay, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
