JHJ Seasoned Coating Mix is pre-seasoned, so there's no need to add water—just dip and use！

After frying, it becomes crispy and delicious, making it an excellent culinary assistant. Pre-seasoned and ready to use, no need for extra water.

How To Use:

Dip the pork chop in beaten eggs (first tenderize it with the back of a knife).
Coat the pork chop with the fried flour, pressing slightly to keep the coating in place. Allow it to sit for 20 minutes.
Fry in oil heated to approximately 160°C until brown and crispy. Remove and drain the extra oil, and you'll have a tasty, crispy fried pork chop.
After frying, season with pepper salt and lemon juice for more taste.
JHJ Seasoned Coating Mix is also suitable for frying fish, shrimp, and hog.
