How to Use:

1. Clean the chicken pieces and drain the excess water. Evenly coat them with the fried chicken flour, then let them sit for 20 to 30 minutes before deep-frying for 3-4 minutes.

2. After frying, sprinkle pepper and salt on the chicken to enhance the flavour.
