How to Use:

Ingredients:

  • Beef

  • Water

  • Soy sauce, rock sugar (T-Mark sells YF Rock Suger 360g) and other seasonings to taste

  • JHJ Spice Powder Pouch (Beef Stew) 8g

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Prepping the beef:
    Blanch the beef in hot water to remove any impurities.

  2. Making the braising liquid:
    In a pot, add water, then soy sauce, rock sugar, other seasonings, and the JHJ Spice Powder Pouch (Beef Stew) 8g

  3. Braising the beef:
    Add the prepped beef to the pot and bring to a boil.

  4. Infusing the flavour:
    Continue to simmer until the beef is fully cooked and well-flavoured.

  5. Adjusting the taste:
    The longer you braise, the richer the flavour. Adjust cooking time to your liking.

  6. Serving:
    Once done, remove from the pot and serve.
