How to Use:

500g pork (shoulder or belly works well)

For marinating: Soy sauce, rice wine, rock sugar (T-Mark sells YF Rock Suger 360g)

JHJ Spice Powder 50g

Spring onions (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the meat and marinade:
Cut the pork into suitable chunks. Marinate with soy sauce, rice wine, and rock sugar until well-flavoured. -
Coat with spice powder:
Take a whole JHJ Spice Powder 50g packet and evenly coat the marinated pork chunks. -
Place in a heatproof container:
Put the coated pork into a steaming-safe dish. -
Steam the pork:
Steam the pork in a pot over water for about 40-45 minutes, and they’ll be ready as a delicious steamed pork dish. -
Garnish and serve:
Remove the steamed pork and sprinkle with chopped spring onions to add extra aroma and flavour.
