How to Use:

Ingredients:

• Pork (or other ingredients of your choice)

• Water

• Soy sauce

• Rock sugar (T-Mark sells YF Rock Suger 360g)

• JHJ Spice Powder Pouch (Pork Stew) 8g

Instructions:

1. Prepare the ingredients:
   Blanch the pork or other ingredients. Have your water, soy sauce, rock sugar, and JHJ Spice Powder Pouch (Pork Stew) 8g ready.

2. Add the spice pouch:
   Place the spice pouch, water, soy sauce, and rock sugar into the pot with your ingredients.

3. Start braising:
   Simmer everything together until the meat is cooked through.

4. Adjust the flavour:
   The longer you braise, the richer the aroma and taste.

5. Tailor to your preference:
   For a lighter flavour, remove the spice pouch at the desired time and adjust the cooking duration. This will give you a delicious, home-style braised dish with a flavour unique to your taste.
