It is smooth, chewy, delicious and easy to prepare.
Add 100-105g egg pudding powder (ratio of powder to water is about 1:6) to 600ml boiling water (above 90°C),
stir until completely dissolved, pour into a mold and let cool.
Refrigerate until set and serve. (Softness and hardness can be adjusted according to the amount of water)
