Stir-fried Minced Pork with Pickled Mustard Greens
Ingredients:
- 100 g pickled mustard greens (cut into thin strips)
- 200 g minced pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- A dash of sesame oil
Method:
- Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the minced pork and cook until it changes colour.
- Stir in the shredded pickled mustard greens and mix well.
- Add soy sauce and sugar, then drizzle with a little sesame oil before serving.
This dish is savoury, aromatic, and slightly tangy. Perfect served with steamed rice or noodles.
