LH Fried Bean Curd for Hot Pot 200 g
Ingredients:
- LH Fried Bean Curd (about 200 g)
- Hot pot broth or stock
- Vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, or other hot pot ingredients of your choice
Method:
- Add the fried bean curd directly into your hot pot.
- For a softer texture, soak briefly in warm water for 1–2 minutes before cooking.
- Enjoy with your favourite broth. It’s also great in braised dishes, clay pot meals, or noodle soups.
Serving Suggestion:
The bean curd absorbs the broth beautifully, staying soft and juicy while keeping its shape. A classic favourite for hot pot lovers.
