Instructions for Use:
Mix 250g of crispy batter powder with 225cc of water and 25cc of salad oil. Stir well to form a batter, then deep-fry. (You can adjust the flavor by adding seasoning such as sugar, salt, or MSG according to personal preference.)
Once the oil is hot (around 180°C), reduce to medium heat and deep-fry until golden brown.
(You can test the oil temperature by dropping a small amount of batter into the oil. If it floats immediately and forms crispy splashes, the temperature is ideal.)
You can adjust the thickness of the crispy coating freely. For a thicker crust, make the batter denser; for a thinner crust, make the batter more diluted.
Either way, it will result in a crispy texture.
