Recipe: Hakka-Style Pickled Mustard Greens Stir-fry
Ingredients:
- 1 pack LH Hakka-Style Pickled Mustard Greens 500g
- 300g pork belly or pork shoulder, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Optional: fresh chilli for a little heat
Method:
- Prepare the pickles. Rinse the pickled mustard stems lightly under running water to reduce saltiness.
- Drain well and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook pork. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork until lightly browned.
- Add aromatics. Add garlic (and chilli if using) and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Stir in pickles. Add the mustard stems and a little sugar, stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve. Delicious with steamed rice or noodles.
