How to Cook:
Cut 500g of chicken pieces.
Heat some oil in a pot, add chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add the spice mix and 600ml of water.
Pour in 1 cup of Taiwanese rice wine (or cooking rice wine).
Simmer gently for 20–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Add salt to taste and serve hot.
