Grain mix : Water = 1 : 1.2 to 1.4
Steps:

Rinse the grain mix lightly 1–2 times (do not over-rub to preserve nutrients).

Drain and place into rice cooker or pot.

Add water according to the ratio above.

Use the standard rice cooking setting on your rice cooker.

Once cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
