Cooking Instructions:
Ingredients (serves 1)
- 1 pack Noodles (Seafood Flavour)
- Optional: egg, veggies, meat, or seafood
- 500–600 ml water or stock
Method
- Bring water or stock to the boil.
- Add noodles and cook 2–3 mins.
- Toss in veggies or meat until cooked.
- Stir in the seasoning packet.
- Serve as a soup, or drain some liquid for a drier noodle.
- Crack in an egg if you like.
Tips
- Add veggies at the end to keep them fresh and crunchy.
- Don’t overcook—the noodles are fried and can go mushy.
