Lacto-Vegetarian.
Smooth and chewy, delicious and simple to make.
Add 600 ml of boiling water (above 90°C) to almond pudding powder, then whisk in 105 grams of almond pudding powder
until completely dissolved. Pour into a mold and allow to cool.
Refrigerate until solid, and then serve. (The softness and hardness can be modified depending on the amount of water.)
