Hot Grass Jelly Drink
Dilute the grass jelly concentrate 3.5–4 times with water.
Bring to a boil, then lower the heat. Mix 150g starch with water, slowly pour into the pot, and stir while heating.
Add 600g sugar, simmer for about 2 minutes, and it’s ready.
Tastes even better with toppings like red beans, taro balls, or other sweet add-ins.
Iced Grass Jelly Tea
Dilute the grass jelly concentrate 5–6 times with water, bring to a boil, then let cool and refrigerate.
For extra flavour, add a little fructose, honey, or mint to a cup, then pour in the chilled grass jelly tea until 80% full and stir.
You can also add a touch of aloe vera for a refreshing twist.
