Recipe: Bamboo Shoot & Chicken Stir-fry
Ingredients:
- 1 pack LH Preserved Whole Bamboo Shoots 500g
- 300g chicken breast, sliced into bite-size pieces
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Method:
- Prepare bamboo shoots – Rinse lightly under water to reduce saltiness, then slice if needed.
- Cook the chicken – Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until lightly golden.
- Add veggies & garlic – Toss in the carrot, capsicum, and garlic. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
- Add bamboo & sauce – Add the bamboo shoots, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve. Delicious with steamed rice or noodles.
