Soak dried seedweed in a bowl of cold water for about 10-15 minutes. Rinse two times and drain.
(Note: Seaweeds will expand about 5-10 times when you rehydrate them.)
It can be added to soup, to sald and to steam egg dishes....etc.

Recipe : Seaweed & Veggie Nourishing Soup(Light, comforting, and full of natural minerals)
Ingredients
• 1 handful Dried Seaweed & Vege Mix (about 10–15g)
• 1.2L water or stock
• 1 clove garlic, sliced
• A few thin slices of ginger (optional)
• 1 tsp soy sauce or salt to taste
• White pepper to taste
• A drizzle of sesame oil
• Optional: spring onion, tofu cubes, mushrooms, goji berries
Instructions
1. Rinse the dried mix briefly.
2. Soak in warm water for 10–15 mins. It will soften and expand.
3. Boil water or stock in a pot.
4. Add the rehydrated seaweed vegetable mix, garlic, and ginger.
5. Simmer 8–10 minutes.
6. Season with soy sauce/salt and white pepper.
7. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
8. Garnish with spring onion (optional).
Tips
• Want it heartier? Add tofu or beaten egg.
• Great as a light detox soup after oily meals.
